Austin & Anna got married on the prefect June day at the Chapel at First Baptist Starkville in Mississippi. The day I met Anna she couldn’t stop talking about Austin. She was so smitten & was already planning their wedding. Her family has really taken Chris & I under their wings since we moved to Nashville & we could not be more grateful for them. That being said, this couple holds a special place in my heart. Anna has become like a little sister to me & I could not be happier for her & Austin. Austin is the most kind human I have ever met & compliments Anna so well. I knew was going to make a perfect fit when photographing their love story & wedding! Their love story has always been quite an adventure. They are high school sweethearts from Franklin, Tennessee & are both finishing school at Mississippi State where they plan to live after they graduate.

The their big day arrived and it was surreal to walk into the doors of FBS and see Anna as a bride. The day was a beautiful blur. Complete with the  the most gorgeous of bridesmaids, the most intricate of details, and the best emotions. The weather called for rain the entire day, but it held out & made for the absoulute perfect day.

Austin & Anna chose the most beautiful Summer color palette with blush & lots of lush florals. This evoked such elegance that looked perfectly intentional yet totally effortless. The organic floral design was one of the highlights of the day, featuring lots greenery. Altogether, the details were visually captivating. But none as much as Anna’s glam bridal look, which featured the most stunning gown. Her bridesmaids were so full of emotion when they saw Anna for the first time. This will be a moment that is remembered forever.

Their reception followed at Hewlett Barn & Stables, where Anna had a beautiful reception dress to change into. There was lots of dancing & the prettiest exit with rose petals. I cannot wait to share this Mississippi Summer wedding day with you!
