Recently, I had the pleasure of doing a newborn photoshoot at The Lowe’s home in Smyrna. John and Emilee had just welcomed their first baby, Mathias, and he was an absolute delight to photograph. As someone who loves capturing the innocence and beauty of newborns, I was thrilled to have the opportunity to document this special time in their lives. John and Emilee have become great friends of ours, and I couldn’t wait to meet their little bundle of joy. When I arrived at their home, I was greeted by Remy, their adorable dog. He was curious about what was going on and joined us for a brief moment. Their nursery is the perfect woodland them. The room was filled with earthy tones and forest-inspired decor. It was clear that John and Emilee had put a lot of thought and effort into creating a peaceful and serene environment for their little one.

Throughout the photoshoot, I couldn’t help but notice the deep love and connection that John and Emilee had with their son. They were completely enamored with him, and it was evident in every interaction they had with him. It was truly heartwarming to see.As we wrapped up the photoshoot, I couldn’t help but feel grateful for the opportunity to capture such a special time in their lives. John and Emilee are wonderful parents, and I have no doubt that they will raise Mathias to be an incredible human being. And as for Remy, he may not have been the star of the show, but he still managed to steal a little bit of the spotlight with his adorable presence.
