Adventure & leaving for a trip in the blink of an eye has always been Greg & Cristina. Since the beginning, the Bahamas has been the spot they always loved to be, & to no surprise, they got engaged & of course started planning their wedding in the place they loved the most. Of everything I’ve loved about getting to know them, though (besides how sweet & welcoming they both are), by far my favorite is that when they do something, they are in it together – they are always thinking of the other and making decisions with the other in mind. They’ve spent their time growing together. It’s a beautiful, unselfish love, along with their two biggest adventures Emma & Ryder.

Photographing their wedding at Pearl Island, in the Bahamas was like dream. The weekend started with their closest friends & family flying from Statesville, to Nassau & heading straight to Blue Sail Grill to be welcomed by Greg & Cristina for cocktails with the most beautiful view. Being surround by their friends & family was so fun & gave such a glimpse into the couple that they are. Friday was full of adventure, as we to a Ferry to check out the Island for their rehearsal, followed by their Rehearsal Dinner on the Checkered Past & exploring Atlantis.

The big day arrived and it was surreal to get to see Cristina as a bride. While the groomsmen got ready on their boat, the girls headed to the island to get ready. The day was a beautiful blur. Complete with the  the most gorgeous of bridesmaids, the most stunning view, and the best emotions. Greg & Cristina have impeccable taste, and treating their guests to a good time while there was important to them.  The picturesque, tropical landscape served as the relaxing spot for their guests, and not only was the island absolutely perfect, I was treated like family.  Their family and friends were so welcoming and loving, and the day of the wedding came and went like a breeze.  It was a sweet, emotion-filled day with tears from everyone (including me) and it could not have been more perfect.  The best part… ringing in the new year with the best people & a firework show!!
