Sometimes the small intimate days are the absolute BEST wedding days. They represent what a wedding day is all about & are so so special. Matthew & Wendy’s day was just that. Matthew & Wendy meet in high school after a mutual friend introduced them. The Flower Bridge at Lake Lure was one of their first dates and it was beautiful. Matthew took Wendy back to the bridge & that is where he proposed! July 26th arrived & everyone arrived at Carrigan Farms in Mooresville, North Carolina.  It was a warm July day & the summer storms made their appearance. As their ceremony approached, everything settled & the skies cleared just in time for Wendy to walk down the aisle.

Preceding her was family dogs and mom, followed by her arm in arm with her father! It was absolutely perfect. Her dress was the most beautiful lace with a gorgeous train, perfect for her bohemian glam look. Their ceremony location was at so pretty nestled in the trees with the rock quarry & waterfall in the background, that made its appearance as soon as they were announced Husband & Wife. It was such an incredible day & I am so excited to share the photos with you.
