I always feel grateful when I get the chance to document one of the most special moments in a couple’s life. That’s why I was thrilled when Will and Tegan asked me to photograph their engagement session in Charlotte, North Carolina. We started at Marshall Park, where we got to capture the beautiful Charlotte skyline in the background. The weather really held up for us and made for the best night. After capturing some beautiful shots at Marshall Park, we moved on to Midtown Park, which is a popular spot in Charlotte.
I met Will & Tegan photographing Wills sisters wedding day last summer & I knew this day would come, you could see how much these two cared about each other and it was evident that it was just the matter of time before Will ask Tegan to be his wife!As we were taking photos, Will and Tegan shared their excitement about their upcoming wedding in Hilton Head. They talked about their plans, and I could see the joy on their faces as they imagined their big day. I felt so honored to be a part of this special moment in their lives. As a photographer, it’s always a privilege to capture the love and joy between two people. It’s even more special when I get to document the journey from engagement to marriage. I’m so excited to see Will and Tegan tie the knot this September and I know it’s going to be a beautiful celebration of love.
