Macy and Connor got married on December 14, and it was one of those really beautiful December days that just felt easy and calm from the start. The winter light was so pretty, everything flowed naturally, and the whole day felt very true to who they are.
Macy thought through every single detail, and it showed. From the big picture down to the smallest touches, everything felt intentional and so her. And the florals were next level. They were full, romantic, and completely transformed the space in the best way.
One of the sweetest parts of the day was their first look in the chapel at the Monroe on 415th followed by reading their vows together in private. It was quiet, emotional, and such a special moment for the two of them before the rest of the day unfolded.
During the reception, it became so clear just how loved these two are. Their speeches were heartfelt and emotional, and you could feel how close both of their families are. There was so much love and support in the room, and it made the celebration feel even more meaningful.
Getting to photograph Macy’s wedding after knowing her family for years made this day extra special for me. Being trusted with moments like this, especially with people I’ve come to know and love, is something I never take lightly.
Macy and Connor’s day was full of laughter, emotion, and all those in between moments that end up meaning the most. A truly beautiful December wedding from start to finish.
