Summer engagement photoshoot ‘s are in full swing & these two did not disappoint. Austin & Anna are high school sweethearts who now live in Starkville, Mississippi. Both are finishing school at Mississippi State, Anna her Undergraduate & Austin his Masters! They are getting married at their church there, but decided to do their engagement session where they grew up in the Nashville area. The day I met Anna she couldn’t stop talking about Austin. She was so smitten & was already planning their wedding. Her family has really taken Chris & I under their wings since we moved to Nashville & we could not be more grateful for them. That being said, this couple holds a special place in my heart. Anna has become like a little sister to me & I could not be happier for her & Austin. Austin is the most kind human I have ever met & compliments Anna so well.

I met Austin & Anna at a little park in Brentwood, Tennessee on the perfect evening for their session. We had so much fun running through the high grass & spinning around in the parking lot. Yes.. the parking lot. Sometimes the most unexpected locations can make the prettiest photos. We also celebrated by popping a little champagne at the end. We of course had to use Cook’s because soon they will be Mr & Mrs. Cook. This summer engagement photoshoot was so much fun! Enjoy!
