I met the Tate family at their home in Franklin, Tennessee on the most beautiful fall evening. I have photographed Darci & her daughter Grey for over 4 years now & at times had Darci’s parents join as well. It has been such an honor photographing them over the years. When you have a family property like theirs you always have to take advantage of it. This year we met in the pastures at the most beautiful part of their property. It was filled with all of the fall foliage. We ended their session on the top of this hill that overlooks the hills of Franklin with the perfect sunrise.
If you know anything about Tennessee this is the most beautiful time of year, but there is a very small window of fall foliage. It is hot & then all of a sudden it is 30 degrees. But if you can time it just right, you get the best setting for beautiful fall photographs & that is exactly what we did!
It has been so great getting to know this sweet family over their years & as they move into different seasons of life I cannot wait to document it along the way.
Fall sessions are my absolute favorite & it is so much fun to have you extended family session. I get asked a lot if you can do combined sessions with siblings. The answer is YES! I love photographing multiple families together, it will be a little bit longer of a session to make sure we get everyone covered, but it is always a blast to have full families & document this time with your parents/grandparents.
