Now that Nashville is their home, what better of a place to do Brandon & Katy’s engagement session that in the heart of the city! I met these two at the Pedestrian Bridge following Brandon’s fall break (he is a Teacher!!) & they did not disappoint. We started their session with their fur baby Foster & he was the perfect model. Followed by exploring all of the overlooks of the city & ending on top of the beloved bridge.
Katy lived in Chicago & met Brandon while he was visiting his sister. They went to an Irish Pub for their first date & had so much fun they spent the next couple nights hanging out until sadly Brandon had to leave. Brandon flew back home to Virginia but shortly after convinced Katy to visit for the Virginia Tech vs. Clemson game. Having the entire weekend planned out, Brandon created a great weekend for Katy & even meeting the family! After that, the rest is history. They dated long distance for a year & then finally made the move to Nashville together.
Brandon is so thoughtful & this past May planned a trip to Hilton Head for the two of them. Little did Katy know, their families & best friends where waiting as Brandon proposed on their sunset dock that walks over the marsh in Hilton Head. Hilton Head is a place they have spent so much time together & the perfect spot for Brandon to ask for Katy to marry him. So stinking cute!!!
It has been so great getting to know these two & of course their sweet baby Foster! Their wedding day next fall is going to be absolute stunning!
We have been doing so many sessions at the pedestrian bridge this year & I absolutely love it! From pregnancy announcements, to Roman & Emily’s stunning engagement session! If you want to do your next session here, I would love to hear from you!
